BELOW ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY WRITTEN AND PLACED TO PROTECT YOU (“THE CLIENT/CUSTOMER”) AND MYSELF (“BRANDING GALORE”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS PRIOR TO PURCHASING SERVICES.

Please understand that at any time, “BRANDING GALORE” has the right to change and/or edit our Terms & Conditions and pricing without notice.

HOURS OF OPERATIONS:

Monday – Friday 11AM – 6PM EST | Saturday, Sunday & Holidays – Closed

With all orders – Bookings are in first come first serve order. No client will be skipped ahead of anyone else without a rush fee paid.

We do not operate on Mondays Weekends or Holidays. If we have an out-of-office emergency, you will be notified.

PAYMENT:

  • Any order totaling $900 or less must be paid in full before the commencement of any work.

  • For projects exceeding $901, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before the project initiation.

  • Final files will be sent upon completion of the project once the full payment is made, if not already paid.

TURNAROUND:

What is the turnaround time for a project?

Turnaround time starts from the time all material is confirmed to be received by the designer via email. Turnaround times are based on business days only and exclude all major holidays.

  • Web Design Turnaround: 3 – 4 Weeks
  • Logo Design Proofs: 7 – 10 Business Days
  • Graphic Design Proofs: 7 – 10 Business Days
  • Instagram Flyers Proofs: 7 – 10 business days
  • Printed Items Proofs: 7 – 21 Business Days
  • Photography Turnaround: 7 – 10 Business Days
  • Shipping: 6-10 business days via UPS, USPS, or FedEx

ALL PROJECT TURN AROUND TIME ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING HIGH VOLUME SALES & HOLIDAY SEASONS. Business holidays, personal/business emergencies, illness, and Acts of God may be extended the turnaround.

DESIGNS + DELIVERY

Typed out content for the project, emailed in a Word document or email. (Do NOT send anything hand-written)

Project Initiation: Project design will commence upon receipt of the full list of site content requirements from the client.

Final Designs: Final designs (unmarked, unwatermarked) will only be sent after the project is paid in full. Upon final payment, you’ll receive your final files in JPEG, PNG, and PDF formats. Design files (.AI & .ID) are available at an additional charge, and PSD/Raw files are not provided.

Additional Changes Post-Approval: Once the design is approved, any additional changes requested will incur an additional fee.

Physical Materials: Projects involving physical materials (prints, business cards, flyers, boxes, banners, etc.) will not be ordered until full payment is received. No refunds or changes can be made after the order is sent for printing.

Web Design: For web design projects, a checklist of required items is provided to clients before initiating the design process. Full payment is required to begin the website design.

Usage Rights: Upon full payment, the client has the right to utilize the design across all media subsidiaries for business promotion. Branding Galore reserves the right to exhibit the design for business promotional use.

Turnaround Time During Peak Seasons: During high volume and holiday seasons, all project turnaround times may change. Turnaround time starts on the following business day after placing an order.

Refund Policy: Refunds are not offered for custom services. No refunds will be granted once the order is placed, especially after work or proofs have been issued or labor has begun. In case of dissatisfaction, changes or services within reason can be accommodated, with a deduction for the labor fee on the project already started. If a project is canceled by the client, the payment serves as a cancellation fee.

Disappearing Act: After 30 days of no communication, a $50 restart fee is required. After 45 days, the project is forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed due to the custom nature of the services.

Content Accuracy: All communication must be through email for accurate documentation. Branding Galore is not responsible for spelling errors, typos, or missing information. No changes will be made after design approval unless a revision fee is paid.

Project Decline Right: The right to decline any project is reserved without disclosing the reason.

Revision Policy: Graphic design proofs come with two revisions. The revision stage for graphics can take 1 to 7 business days. Additional revisions beyond the package limit will incur a fee.
