We handle everything from design to scheduling on platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact, so you can promote sales, showcase new arrivals, and share updates without the hassle. Reach hundreds or thousands with just one click—efficient, timely, and stress-free.

Our service plan operates on a monthly recurring basis following a two-month commitment. You have the flexibility to cancel your service plan at any time, giving you control over your subscription.

Service Plans & Pricing
Our plans require a two-month commitment, then renew monthly with flexible cancellation:

  • 4 Packs/Month (1 email/week):
    $600 upfront (covers two months), then $300/month starting month 3
    Total 8 emails over two months (4 each month)

  • 8 Packs/Month (2 emails/week):
    $1,000 upfront (two months), then $500/month starting month 3
    Total 16 emails over two months (8 each month)

By committing to this plan, your needs are prioritized with a dedicated monthly time block, ensuring focused attention and smooth service.

If your design requests exceed your monthly allotment, extra work will be billed at the agreed retainer rate.

Your retainer starts with a one-week strategy phase to align designs with your brand and goals, followed by timely project delivery.

The subscription begins with a 60-day term and auto-renews monthly until canceled. Pre-paid retainer time is deducted as tasks are completed, with detailed usage reports provided after each task.

Description

ALL PROJECT TURNAROUND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING HIGH-VOLUME SALES & HOLIDAY SEASONS.

Project Turnaround Time: All project turnaround times are subject to change during high volume and holiday seasons. Please note that the turnaround time begins on the following business day after placing the order. For example, if an order is placed on Tuesday morning, the 7-10 business day turnaround time starts on Wednesday at 11 am (our start of the day time).

Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not offered. No refunds will be issued after work, including proofs, has been issued and/or labor has begun. In case of dissatisfaction, accommodations for changes or services within reason can be made, excluding the labor fee for the project already initiated. If a project is canceled by the client, the payment will serve as a cancellation fee.

Disappearing Act: After 30 days of no communication, a $50 restart fee is required. If over 45 days, the project is forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds can be issued due to the custom nature of our services.

Content Misspellings/Absent Information: All information is requested to be sent via email. We are not responsible for misspellings, typos, or absent information. Branding Galore will not correct any information once the design is approved. Clients are advised to review spelling, typos, and spacing issues before approving the project.

Right to Decline Projects: We reserve the right to decline any project at any moment for any reason without disclosing a reason.

Revision Policy: Graphic designs, such as logos and flyers, are provided as proofs with two included revisions. After client approves of the final proof, the project is marked as completed. The revision stage can last from 1 to 7 business days for graphics. General revisions are handled in the order received due to our large project scope.

Clients have a numerical limit of revisions in each package. Additional revisions beyond this limit will incur a fee.
