Email Design Retainer (Monthly)

Our service plan operates on a monthly recurring basis following a two-month commitment. You have the flexibility to cancel your service plan at any time, giving you control over your subscription.

The two-month commitment entails the following deliverable packages:

  1. 4 Packs/Month – 1 Emails per Week:
    • $600 to get started (two months of services) then $300/month starting month 3
    • Total of 8 deliverables over the two months (4 deliverables each month).
    • On month 3 and ongoing months, you’ll start paying $300 each month for (4 deliverables)
  2. 8 Packs/Month – 2 Emails per Week:
    • $1000 to get started (two months of services) then $500/month starting month 3
    • Total of 16 deliverables over the two months (8 deliverables each month).
    • On month 3 and ongoing months, you’ll start paying $500 each month for (8 deliverables)

Whether using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact, we guarantee that your emails will reach your customers at the specified date and time, leaving you with one less marketing task on your plate.

The package includes proof and two minor revisions, ensuring that the final result perfectly aligns with your vision.

  3. 1. No Rollover for Unused Graphics
    Unused graphics from your monthly allotment do not roll over to the next month. All graphic credits must be used by the end of each billing cycle.
  4. 2. End-of-Month Expiry
    Any unused graphic credits will expire at the end of the month and cannot be carried over or redeemed in future months.
  5. 3. Excess Graphics Billing
    Should your design needs exceed your monthly allotment, additional graphics or hours will be billed at the agreed retainer rate.

Kickoff & Turnaround Time

Your retainer begins with a one-week strategic planning phase to review your submission, analyze your brand, and develop a cohesive design approach. This ensures that every visual aligns with your goals and maintains consistency.

After the initial strategy phase, all design requests will have a 5-business-day turnaround, keeping your brand fresh, professional, and engaging without delays.

Description

ALL PROJECT TURNAROUND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING HIGH-VOLUME SALES & HOLIDAY SEASONS.

Project Turnaround Time: All project turnaround times are subject to change during high volume and holiday seasons. Please note that the turnaround time begins on the following business day after placing the order. For example, if an order is placed on Tuesday morning, the 7-10 business day turnaround time starts on Wednesday at 11 am (our start of the day time).

Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not offered. No refunds will be issued after work, including proofs, has been issued and/or labor has begun. In case of dissatisfaction, accommodations for changes or services within reason can be made, excluding the labor fee for the project already initiated. If a project is canceled by the client, the payment will serve as a cancellation fee.

Disappearing Act: After 30 days of no communication, a $50 restart fee is required. If over 45 days, the project is forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds can be issued due to the custom nature of our services.

Content Misspellings/Absent Information: All information is requested to be sent via email. We are not responsible for misspellings, typos, or absent information. Branding Galore will not correct any information once the design is approved. Clients are advised to review spelling, typos, and spacing issues before approving the project.

Right to Decline Projects: We reserve the right to decline any project at any moment for any reason without disclosing a reason.

Revision Policy: Graphic designs, such as logos and flyers, are provided as proofs with two included revisions. After client approves of the final proof, the project is marked as completed. The revision stage can last from 1 to 7 business days for graphics. General revisions are handled in the order received due to our large project scope.

Clients have a numerical limit of revisions in each package. Additional revisions beyond this limit will incur a fee.
