For businesses with ongoing design needs throughout the year, our retainer packages offer a perfect solution, especially for those requiring monthly marketing materials.

The creative retainer serves as an agreement between your business and ours, facilitating the seamless request of new designs. Unlike a traditional monthly fee, the retainer fee is paid upfront, serving the purpose of retaining the designer’s services before any work is initiated.

By opting for a retainer, you gain the assurance that your requests will be prioritized. The upfront payment ensures that a dedicated block of time is already reserved for your business each month. This arrangement provides peace of mind, guaranteeing a pre-established amount of work without concerns about the queue of other client projects. It streamlines the design process, allowing for a more efficient and prioritized creative collaboration.

Our service plan operates on a monthly recurring basis following a two-month commitment. You have the flexibility to cancel your service plan at any time, giving you control over your subscription.

The two-month commitment entails the following deliverable packages:

  1. 5 Packs/Month:
    • $600 to get started (two months of services) then $300/month starting month 3
    • Total of 10 deliverables over the two months (5 deliverables each month).
  2. 10 Packs/Month:
    • $1000 to get started (two months of services) then $500/month starting month 3
    • Total of 20 deliverables over the two months (10 deliverables each month).
  3. 15 Packs/Month:
    • $1400 to get started (two months of services) then $700/month starting month 3
    • Total of 30 deliverables over the two months (15 deliverables each month).
  4. 20 Packs/Month:
    • $1800 to get started (two months of services) then $900/month starting month 3
    • Total of 40 deliverables over the two months (20 deliverables each month).

The turnaround time specified includes 1-2 business days for revisions. *ANY AND ALL CHANGES THAT ARE NOT ON THE ORIGINAL ORDER FORM WILL CAUSE A DELAY.

Client Responsibilities: “The Client” must provide all information requested for the project in a timely manner. You are expected to provide any items listed in order to complete your project, for example, Copywriting: (Written content), Logos, Photographs/Images, Illustrations, social media handles, logins, videos, etc.

By choosing a retainer model, you gain the assurance that you’ll receive a pre-established amount of projects each month. This arrangement provides peace of mind, eliminating concerns about the prioritization of your projects in relation to others. With a dedicated allocation of resources, you can confidently anticipate and plan for the completion of your projects within the agreed timeframe.

Leftovers

Our graphic credit system incorporates a rollover feature to ensure that you get the most value out of your subscription:

  1. Unused Graphics Rollover:
    • Only half of your unused graphics from the current month will automatically roll over into the following month.
  2. Rollover Expiry:
    • Rollover graphics maintain their validity for the duration of the following month but expire at the end of the second month.
  3. Excess Hours Billing:
    • Should you exceed the allotted graphic credits in any given month, additional hours beyond the monthly agreement will be billed at the retainer rate.

This structure is designed to offer flexibility, allowing you to carry forward unused graphics while ensuring a fair and transparent billing process for any additional design work beyond the agreed-upon credits.

Subscription Terms & Conditions Your subscription initiates upon the successful payment and spans a duration of 60 days. Following the initial two-month commitment, the subscription plan seamlessly transitions into a monthly auto-renewal model. From that point onward, the plan is automatically renewed for a 30-day duration each month. This auto-renewal feature remains in effect until canceled. The pre-paid retainer is utilized as services are rendered, with time being deducted for each task completed. A detailed itemization is provided after the conclusion of each task, transparently illustrating the allocation and utilization of the retainer for the services performed.
