Our service plan operates on a monthly recurring basis following a two-month commitment. You have the flexibility to cancel your service plan at any time, giving you control over your subscription.

This ensures that you receive dedicated attention and services, contributing to a seamless and prioritized experience for your ongoing requirements.

The two-month commitment entails the following deliverable packages:

  1. 6 Packs/Month:
    • Total of 12 deliverables over the two-month period (6 deliverables each month).
  2. 9 Packs/Month:
    • Total of 18 deliverables over the two-month period (9 deliverables each month).
  3. 15 Packs/Month:
    • Total of 30 deliverables over the two-month period (15 deliverables each month).

This structure provides flexibility for clients to choose the package that aligns with their project requirements and desired level of service. It ensures a clear understanding of the number of deliverables to be expected each month within the committed two-month duration.

Our retainer fees are due upfront at the beginning of each month before any work is requested. It’s important to note that all retainers are non-transferable and non-refundable.

By choosing a retainer model, you gain the assurance that you’ll receive a pre-established amount of projects each month. This arrangement provides peace of mind, eliminating concerns about the prioritization of your projects in relation to others. With a dedicated allocation of resources, you can confidently anticipate and plan for the completion of your projects within the agreed timeframe.

Turnaround: The project task is expected to be completed within a turnaround time of 3 to 4 business days. The turnaround time specified includes 1-2 business days for revisions.

Client Responsibilities: “The Client” must provide all information requested for the project in a timely manner. You are expected to provide any items listed in order to complete your project, for example, Copywriting: (Written content), Logos, Photographs/Images, Illustrations, social media handles, logins, videos, etc.

Revision: Each design package includes initial proof & two free revisions.

Subscription Terms & Conditions: Subscription Terms & Conditions Your subscription initiates upon the successful payment and spans a duration of 60 days. Following the initial two-month commitment, the subscription plan seamlessly transitions into a monthly auto-renewal model. From that point onward, the plan is automatically renewed for a 30-day duration each month. This auto-renewal feature remains in effect until canceled. The pre-paid retainer is utilized as services are rendered, with time being deducted for each task completed. A detailed itemization is provided after the conclusion of each task, transparently illustrating the allocation and utilization of the retainer for the services performed.

Our graphic credit system incorporates a rollover feature to ensure that you get the most value out of your subscription:

  1. Unused Graphics Rollover:
    • Only half of your unused graphics from the current month will automatically roll over into the following month.
  2. Rollover Expiry:
    • Rollover graphics maintain their validity for the duration of the following month but expire at the end of the second month.
  3. Excess Hours Billing:
    • Should you exceed the allotted graphic credits in any given month, additional hours beyond the monthly agreement will be billed at the retainer rate.

This structure is designed to offer flexibility, allowing you to carry forward unused graphics while ensuring a fair and transparent billing process for any additional design work beyond the agreed-upon credits.
