Rush Orders: If you need your site quickly and in a hurry, you can rush the order. This turnaround time does NOT include closed days, weekends, or holidays.
Refund: Due to the custom nature of our services we can’t offer any refund. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, I will gladly accommodate changes or services within reason minus the labor fee for the project already started.
Client Responsibilities: “The Client” must provide all information requested for the project in a timely manner. You are expected to provide any items listed in order to completion of your project, for example, Copywriting: (Written content), Logos, Photographs/Images, Illustration, social media handles, and logins, video, and etc.
Revision: Each design package includes initial proof & three free revisions. Additional revisions are available for $50 each.
Hosting: Hosting isn’t included in this package and must be purchased separately. We do offer hosting services for your website for $15/month or $125 a year. You can also purchase hosting from other hosting providers.
Domain: Domain isn’t included in this package and must be purchased separately. We recommend purchasing your domain at $15 from GoDaddy.com
